Louise is a chef and co founder of Wildpie, a pie company using 100% wild-shot invasive species. Most recently, she has worked on inspiring projects such as Future Food System and at restaurants Little Picket and Oakridge. She is passionate about finding tangible solutions to the issues we face in today’s food systems.
