
Catherine has been in the business of motivating change from the ground up – literally from on-farm to on-menus for some 20 years.
Catherine has been the National Business Development Manager for Meat & Livestock Australia since 2022 delivering strategic thought leadership to grow demand on menu and in-store for beef and lamb. Prior to this role, she was posted in the USA for 8 years as the Business Development Manager for North America working across both retail and foodservice.
With an appetite for compelling and innovative communications, Catherine delivers real world solutions and business models that stimulate opportunities for growing demand of beef and lamb in the foodservice and retail sectors. She is an experienced manager who has successfully developed people and teams to produce integrated communications and marketing programs that have inspired action and motivated business growth.
She aims to share her understanding of Australian food production along with consumer-led insights to position beef and lamb as the number one proteins of choice.
