Daniel, Proud to be a chef winner 2025, started his career at Quoi Dining, before moving to Blue Door in Surry Hills under Chef Dylan Cashman and to CIEL under Chef Joshua Mason.

Daniel competed in PTBAC 2025 and is looking at NESTLE Golden Chef hat later this year. He is planning placements in London and Dubai
